Cgaps PDF Studio uses uploaded documents only to complete the task selected by the user. Completed documents are linked to the user’s account and automatically deleted after 24 hours.

Account information

Names and email addresses are used to provide account access and processing history. Passwords are protected and are never stored in readable form.

Your documents

Only the registered account holder can access their saved downloads. Users remain responsible for the documents they upload and must have permission to process them.

Automatic deletion

Processed documents expire after 24 hours. Processing records may remain in history to show that a task was completed, while expired downloads are no longer available.
